Nannies and Elderly caregivers at a moments notice!
Service Description
A Caregiver can offer their services for up to 6hrs, should the booking end at after 17:00 then families should please assist with Transport as Caregivers use public transport, and it will be dangerous for them to leave your premises by foot after 17:00. Thus we ask families to kindly support them to get home safely.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Guidelines Bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance via our website. Same-day bookings submitted after 19:00 for the next morning are not guaranteed. Nannies must not be asked to extend hours or return for additional days without a formal booking via our platform. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule confirmed bookings via our platform at no cost, provided the change is made at least 15 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy No penalty if cancellation is made 15+ hours before the scheduled start time. R150 penalty applies to cancellations made between 15 and 4 hours before the appointment. Full daily wage penalty applies if cancellation occurs less than 4 hours before the scheduled time. Important Notes Nannies use public transport and may already be en route by the time of cancellation. Cancellations that result in loss of opportunity or expense for the Nanny will be penalized accordingly. Refunds will be issued as credit on your profile for use toward future bookings. Booking extensions or wage settlements must not be made directly with the Nanny. All transport arrangements for late shifts must ensure the Nanny’s safety.
